For HRP-related Enquiries
Please refer to the "Contact Us" tiles with details of the contact channels available on the user homepage after login to HRP. You may also approach your Agency Digital Ambassador/MSAs for their support.
For issues with Workpal, go to settings in the Workpal mobile app, tap on "Help Center" and search on the relevant articles to resolve the issues. In the event if the issue cannot be self-resolved, please tap on "Report Issue" in the Help Centre and fill up a form.
2-Step Verification (2FA) is required to access Vendors@Gov and MBS@Gov and perform many other government e-transactions. With 2-Step Verification (2FA), you'll protect your SingPass account with something you know, such as your password, and something you have - like your phone or token.
